My yoga bags are not only handmade and unique, but they're also full of features.

SIZE
Throw your mat in a one of a kind bag, put in a towel or strap (there's plenty of room!), add your water bottle, gym card, and cash ALL in separate pockets, clip your keys to the carabiner and get to class.
All my bags are a generous size with a diameter of 6 ½” and a length (generally) of 33”.
There's plenty of room for a standard 24" x 70" mat or even larger.
REINFORCED SEAMS
The weight bearing seams of my bags are reinforced to handle heavier mats such as the Manduka Pro. Any bag not intended for a heavier mat will be noted.
FABRIC
Fabric used in my bags may come from a local fabric store. Many bags, though, are made from gently used clothing. Fabric may sometimes be acquired at thrift stores or in the closets or sewing rooms of an estate sale but I NEVER use stained or worn materials.
Along with the upcycled bags, I also use beautiful prints and batiks, the latter definitely a customer favorite.
But even these are sometimes lined with a recycled sheet.
FULLY LINED
My bags are all fully lined in a coordinating fabric. No interior seams will show on your bag.
DRAWSTRING CLOSURE WITH BEADS
Bags have a drawstring with cord stop which I think is quicker than a zipper.
Bags are generously sized so your mat will slide in with ease. Roll, slide and cinch!
Please note that "sticky mats" may have some trouble sliding in my bags. If you do require a zipper, contact me and I can incorporate one in a custom bag for an additional fee.

All bags are accented with beads which might be glass, wooden, acrylic, or metal
but be assured they'll coordinate beautifully with the fabric.

POCKETS
Unless otherwise noted, all bags come with a generous deep pocket wrapped around the entire circumference and then divided into three sections. Due to the limited amount of fabric available in some upcycled bags,
check the details as they may not have pockets or might instead have an interior pocket.

ADJUSTABLE STRAPS
As all yogis are not made alike (and aren't we glad?!), all my bags come with a high quality
metal buckle adjustable strap unless otherwise noted.
If you like a bag but it doesn't have an adjustable strap, contact me and I'll add one for you.
CARABINER KEY LOOP
All of my newer bags come with a fabric loop inside the bag and a carabiner onto which you can clip your keys. Handy!
